Booths on Asphalt, NO STAKES WILL BE ALLOWED TO SECURE TENTS ON THE ASPHALT,

Tents must be secured so that the wind doesn't blow them into traffic. Keep in mind April is a windy month.

Booths on Grass can be secured by stakes.

Food Vendors - $125.00 for a 12 x 20 foot booth, read below! 

                          $ 45.00   1/2 size booths for ideal for the vendor that only wants to set up a table and no tent.

* 75% of display area in booth must be this type of craft or you will be asked to remove or reduce the unregistered items.

Due to the cost of postage conformations of booths will only be made via E-Mail to the address listed on the application.

 

** Food Vendors: We understand that you have a large investment in your perishable product therefore the number of Food Vendors will be very limited.

We typically only have 3-5 food vendors.

We do not desire duplicate food services, however since so many Food Vendors "do everything" it's hard to prevent duplications.

Therefore,  Food Vendors will be assigned a primary category as listed above.  Food Vendors can apply for more then one primary category.

Only two120 volt outlets will be provided for each Food Vendor for no additional cost, a limited number of  additional outlets

can be ordered at the cost of $10.00 each. There will be no additional outlets available the day of the show. There are no 220 volt outlets available.

These are 'Ground Fault Outlets' if you do not have small gauge extension cords in perfect shape and perfect wiring in your trailer you will have

power problems out of our control.  These outlets are maintained by Fayetteville Public Utilities!

 

 We encourage Food Vendors to not sell food items in another primary vendor's category.

If a Food Vendor does sell an item outside their primary category  then they can not sell them for less then the vendor assigned to that primary category.

IE: If prime  Funnel Cake vendor is charging  $ 2.00 and you as the prime Hamburger Vendor can not sell Funnel Cakes for less then $ 2.00. 

If your price is posted for the same item (not covered up or removed) is lower or you are caught not abiding by the agreement you will be asked to

 leave and no refund will be provided.  By filling out this application you are agreeing to these requirements.   

 

Since we do not duplicate food choices, you can fill out your application online, however, we asked that you contact us first before you

mail us a check.  If you want to pay online you will be directed via phone on how to do that. Your spot will not be guaranteed until payment is received.
