Booth Locations	Booth size are color coded, in 99% of the cases they are larger then described. Before setting up your tent please meet with a representative to confirm traffic flow and proper location.
Parking	All vendor's cars need to be off the square by 9 AM on Friday morning. Parking around the show will only hurt your sales.
Road Closing	East side inside lane of the Square is closed off to Traffic on Friday & Saturday.  Only cars allowed to park are for the Food Vendors or Handicap Vendors.  Please let us know if you need handicap access to your car.
	Booth Rented (White is an unrented booth.)  Booths rent for $95.00 - one or two days.
Letters	1/2 size booth rents for $55.00
	Information
M	Booth is only 10 feet wide but 12+ feet long - should hold tent, but the tent might not be in the center of the booth. IE: Booth M is 10 x 27.  Rents for $75.00
	Electrical on each corner is a GFC outlet. Wal-Mart Orange extension cords will not work! We recommend you go to you local Hardware Store/Lumber Yard and tell them what you need and you want a contractor's grade extension cord.  All outlets are checked by local power company and we guarantee power (up to $15.00) to the outlet, from the outlet to the booth is vendor's responsibility.  Their are 8 outlets available on each pole. Northeast and Southeast power is for food vendors first.  Southwest corner is for vendors only.  Electrical power is $10.00 per outlet additional and must be requested in advance.  The longest distance to the closest booth is 63 feet.  We do not run power cords over walkways in grass.  All power cord going over concrete or asphalt must be securely taped down for the full length of the cord exposed to the pathway.

Booths on Asphalt, NO STAKES WILL BE ALLOWED TO SECURE TENTS ON THE ASPHALT,

Tents must be secured so that the wind doesn't blow them into traffic.

Keep in mind April is a windy month.

Booths on Grass can be secured by stakes.
